stepUP transitions is a Canadian-based company specializing in business-to-business management consulting services.

Our mission is to assist emerging micro-to-medium-sized companies to develop customized workplace solutions that improve business outcomes and increase efficiencies.

We partner with enterprises that are ready and eager to launch the next step in growing their company’s vision, whether that be

  • A start-up company focused on specific expertise but lacking time or skill to market or manage their operation.
  • A mid-sized business contracting a project manager to introduce a new product or service.
  • An organization that prioritizes the on-going coaching and development of staff in order to preserve and sharpen its leading edge.

The solution for one client may be achieved through a training workshop, while another client may require strategic planning.

About the Founder

stepUP transitions was founded by Charlene de Haan, a generalist in the national and globally-focused marketplace. She holds a degree in education from the University of British Columbia, a certificate from Corporate Coach University and is listed as a Centennial College featured entrepreneur.

Business travel to 26 countries has informed Charlene’s world-view and corporate strategy in the marketplace. Charlene’s passion is to see individuals and companies step up to a level of growth and excellence that will enable them to reach optimum personal and corporate goals.

Her business experience ranges from regional representative to human resources to executive management positions. Charlene currently serves as Executive Director for CAM International of Canada, transforming communities of Spanish-speakers (in Canada and eight other countries) to transform the world.

Charlene’s broad spectrum of experience in project management, coaching, writing & editing grows out of a problem-solving, results-oriented ability to identify challenges and effectively transition through change.
