Your Company contact details (name, address, phone, e-mail) will not be sold to other organizations. Any information disclosed to stepUPtransitions pertaining to your Company, or any information revealed during the period of contract agreement, will be held in the strictest confidence. Similarly, we ask that any ideas shared by stepUP transitions during preliminary consultations, and during the course of a mutual contract also be held in the strictest confidence. Ideas and plans submitted by stepUP transitions and not accepted by your Company remain the property of stepUP transitions. Following the conclusion of a contract with stepUP transitions, integrity will be ensured by the Company’s agreement not to use these materials, plans, or ideas, nor to reveal this information to contacts outside the Company. |
